About us
S und B Sp. z o.o., based in Katowice, Poland, handles orders for welded structures, sheet metal parts and stainless steel process equipment for customers in Poland and Europe. Production takes place in audited, certified plants; selection of the manufacturer, technical supervision and quality inspection are carried out by our engineering team.
Team competences
Our team consists of engineers with many years of industrial experience, including:
- materials engineering and metallurgy (steels, stainless steels, nickel alloys, copper materials, aluminium)
- production engineering – steel industry, machine building, supplier industry
- quality management – Six Sigma Black Belt, auditors for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- supplier development and qualification
- costing, purchasing and project management
Communication in English, German and Polish.
Principles of cooperation
- Drawing review before production, technical notes in the quotation.
- Plant selection according to product requirements – exclusively plants certified to ISO 9001, ISO 3834 and EN 1090.
- Own supervision and inspection: visual testing (VT) and penetrant testing (PT), dimensional inspection, final inspection before shipment.
