2D laser cutting
6 kW fibre laser, cut quality to EN ISO 9013, sheet size 4005 × 2005 mm.

3D laser cutting of tubes and profiles

Plasma and oxy-fuel cutting
Plasma up to 38 mm, oxy-fuel up to 200 mm.
Bending
CNC press brakes:
- 330 t / 4100 mm
- 160 t / 3100 mm
- 60 t / 1200 mm
Conical bottoms and special shapes – rolling or sequential bending.
Welding and machining
TIG and MAG welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium (ISO 3834), turning, milling, threading. Details: welded structures.
Surface protection
- hot-dip galvanising to EN ISO 1461 – up to 6800 × 1500 × 2800 mm, 4 t
- powder coating RAL/NCS, Qualicoat powders, 60–120 µm – up to 8200 × 1800 × 2300 mm
- duplex system at one plant
- sandblasting, pickling, grinding, polishing
Materials
Structural steels, stainless steels (1.4301–1.4571), nickel alloys, aluminium, copper, brass. Inspection certificates 3.1 to EN 10204.
Quality
Plants certified to ISO 9001, ISO 3834, EN 1090. Non-destructive testing (VT, PT, UT), coating thickness measurement, inspection reports, inspection before shipment, export packaging.
