Welded structures in carbon steel, stainless steel and nickel alloys
We manufacture welded assemblies and steel structures – from single parts to series. Production takes place in plants selected according to customer requirements.
Scope
- machine frames and bases with machined connection surfaces
- machine housings and covers
- stainless steel vessels and equipment, non-pressurised and pressurised
- manifolds and special formed parts
- platforms, stairs, railings
- tube and profile structures (3D laser cutting)
- components for sewage treatment plants and pumping stations
Processes and qualifications
- TIG (141), MAG (135), LBW (52)
- ISO 3834, ISO 9001, EN 1090
- WPS based on WPQR; qualification of new procedures per project
- qualified welding personnel with valid certifications; nickel alloys – material group 43 to ISO/TR 15608, up to 25 mm
- pressure equipment up to category II under 2014/68/EU
